General Election

The voting polls are open in Wakefield Township at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.  We do not close at lunch time so you can vote anytime during the stated hours.  Our election inspectors are Wakefield Township residents and are friendly and willing to help you at the polls.  You must have identification, as to who you are, with you.  A Michigan driver’s license or personal identification will be what we are looking for.
