WAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP IS REQUESTING BID PROPOSAL’S FOR SNOWPLOWING AT WAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP HALL LOCATED AT 414 N. COUNTY ROAD

519 FOR THE 2022-2023 SNOW SEASON. PLEASE INCLUDE ONE PRICE FOR SNOWPLOWING THE FRONT AND SMALL SIDE PARKING LOT AT WAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP HALL AND ANOTHER PRICE FOR THE LARGE PARKING LOT BY THE INTERNET TOWER. THE PARKING LOTS WILL NEED TO BE PLOWED WHEN SNOWFALL EXCEEDS 6” AND ALSO ON SPECIFIC MEETING DATES, WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED ONCE BID IS AWARDED.

Sealed bids clearly labeled “SNOWPLOWING BID” will be received by Wakefield Township until November 1, 2022 at 5:15 p.m., at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read by the Wakefield Township Board. Bids are to be mailed to the attention of Clerk Jennifer Ahonen, P.O. Box 164 Wakefield, MI 49968, or brought to the Township Hall on November 1, 2022 at 5:15 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. It is the intention of the Board to award the bid at its regularly scheduled meeting at 5:30 p.m., after the bid opening. Wakefield Township reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any or all bids.
