Summer Tax bills mailed out June 30^th Due September 15th

Winter bills mailed out Nov 30th  Due February 16^th

Summer Taxes and 1% Administration fee are payable 07-01-2025. 1% interest per month or portion of month is added after 09-15-2025.  A 3% penalty is added on 02-16-2026. Unpaid taxes will be turned over to the Gogebic County Treasurer on 03-01-2026 with additional penalties.

SUMMER 2025 PROPERTY TAXES

Your summer tax payment is due on or before September 15, 2025.  I will be holding office hours on Monday, September 15, 2025.

9:00am to 12:00pm at the Wakefield Township Hall at 414 North County Road 519 in Wakefield

1:00pm to 5:00pm at my home office at 250 Old US2 in Wakefield

Make your check payable to Wakefield Township Treasurer. If paying with cash, please remit the exact amount.
