WAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP IS REQUESTING BID PROPOSAL’S FOR LAWNMOWING AT WAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP HALL, LOCATED AT 414 N. COUNTY ROAD 519 FOR THE 2026-2027 SUMMER SEASON.  PLEASE INCLUDE PRICE FOR EACH MOWING, ALONG WITH TYPE OF EQUIPMENT THAT WILL BE USED.  THERE WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 8 MOWINGS DURING THE SUMMER AND MUST BE APPROVED BY SUPERVISOR. MUST BE INSURED AND BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE WITH THE TOWNSHIP LISTED AS ADDITIONALLY INSURED.

Sealed bids clearly labeled “LAWNMOWING BID” will be received by Wakefield Township until Tuesday, May 5^th, 2026, at 5:15 PM, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read by the Wakefield Township Board. Bids are to be mailed to the attention of Clerk Jennifer Ahonen, P.O. Box 164 Wakefield, MI 49968, or brought to the Township Hall on May 5^th, 2026, at 5:15 PM, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. It is the intention of the Board to award the bid at its regularly scheduled meeting at 5:30 PM, after the bid opening.  All questions should be directed to Supervisor Mandy Lake at supervisor@wakefieldtownship.com.
